Through the genrosity of our underwriters, Kate Wilson, Mary Lou Gillstrom, and Carrie Gillstrom Matteson, the Wisconsin District MONC is excited to announce our new collaboration with the Sharon Lynne Wilson Center for the Arts.
Our move to the Wilson Center will enable our singers and our audience to experience the auditions in a world class facility. Improved accoustics, dressing rooms, rehearsal rooms, seating, parking, ease of access, are all elements that are sure to make the audition experience a rewarding one for everyone involved.
We anticipate our move to the Wilson Center to increase awareness of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions and are therefore implementing a nominal ticket fee ($5) to make sure everyone who wants to see and hear the auditions has a seat! Tickets will be available through the Wilson Center Box Office. Patrons who contribute $50 or more will receive 2 complimentary tickets directly from the District Director.
